TANK LININGS
FibreCrete & FibreLine
Sauereisen's FibreCrete and FibreLine systems incorporate fibers within the resin matrix to offer a
spray applied 40-80 mil glass lay-up system that is very competitive to the standard glass lay-up
systems, while still providing the durability.  (Sauereisen)

FibreCrete
The system is an epoxy lining that requires and primer and a minimum of 40 mils of the spray applied
FibreCrete lining.  It may be topcoated with ConoGlaze a 10 mil epoxy topcoat for harsh chemical
and physical environments.  All three coats are 100% solids systems that offer the wide range of
optimum conditions for application.  Troweled glass lay-up systems are much more labor intensive
and typically require an overnight cure between at least one of their layers.  (Sauereisen)

FibreLine
The FibreLine system is a vinyl ester spray applied lining and follows suite with the FibreCrete
concept of application.  It requires a primer and the spray applied FiberLine coat, and optional
vinylester seal coat.  While all vinyl ester resins provide a broad spectrum of chemical resistance as
well as excellent resistance to certain chemicals they inherently do not bond well in moist substrates,
unlike epoxy systems that can tolerate moisture.  The quicker the application of a vinyl ester lining
the easier it is to schedule a coating/lining project within optimal conditions.  (Sauereisen)

Fluorolast Coatings
These Viton coatings have a broader range of chemical resistance than epoxies and vinyl esters.
They can handle dry heat temperatures up to 400 F.  (Fluorolast)

ChemLine
ChemLine is a unique hybrid system that cross-links an inorganic polymer, silicon oxide, with an
organic polymer.  The result is unsurpassed chemical resistance and temperature resistance.
Chemically, the ChemLine systems can resist strong oxidizing acids, organic acids and some of the
aggressive solvents.  It's has a dry heat temperature resistance up to 500 F.  ChemLine is
recommended for primary and secondary containment, stacks, and flooring.  (ChemLine)

ChemLine 784/32
ChemLine is the ambient cured or low heat cured material typically used for primary and secondary
containment linings.  The ChemLine 784/32 withstands hydrofluoric acid, 17% hypochlorite, MEK,
20% nitric acid, and all concentrations of sulfuric acid.  (ChemLine)

ChemLine 784/31 (Siloxirane Technology)
The 2031 is a highly chemical resistant heat cured material, typically used in steel tank and stack
linings.  It has the ability to handle the most aggressive solutions even at high service temperatures.
